Pricing is $0.45 per square foot with a $100 minimum order — there is no square-foot minimum. A small classroom-scale plan starts at $100. A 1,500 sq ft house plan unit costs $675. A 3,000 sq ft large home runs $1,350. A 5,000 sq ft school wing is $2,250. There is no maximum — any size works, large enough for entire school buildings or multi-room museum exhibits. Shipping is calculated separately based on size and destination, not bundled into the per-square-foot price. Most education orders fall in the $225 to $2,250 range, fitting standard PTA grant award levels.

How It Works

Send a PDF of the floor plan along with any custom branding, logos, lesson content, or annotations the program wants printed. CAD files (DWG, DXF, RVT, SKP) need to be exported to PDF first — most architecture software handles this natively. Big Floor Plans returns a digital proof for review in approximately 48 hours. Once approved, the plan prints and ships from regional production facilities via FedEx Ground. Standard turnaround from PDF intake to plan in hand is one to two weeks.
