Big Floor Plans Partner Program for Builders, Architects, Developers and Organizations

The Big Floor Plans Partner Program gives recurring customers one relationship for full-scale walkable floor plans, large-format printing, co-branded project graphics, installation management, and repeat production support.

The program is designed for builders, residential developers, architects, interior designers, remodelers, commercial contractors, tenant-improvement firms, industrial facility teams, healthcare and biopharma organizations, educators, pool contractors, specialty trades, and other professionals with recurring projects.

Partners receive a dedicated account contact, priority production support, custom logo co-branding, project-specific pricing consideration, and access to multiple print formats through the same production relationship.

What Is the Big Floor Plans Partner Program?

The Partner Program is a recurring-account framework for organizations that use Big Floor Plans across multiple projects, plans, locations, customers, or print formats.

It is not limited to life-size floor plans.

A partner relationship can include walkable architectural plans, building and fence graphics, fleet and vehicle graphics, retail displays, wall murals, construction signage, campus signage, event graphics, banners, window graphics, and installation-management support for qualifying programs.

Partner Benefits for Recurring Projects

Dedicated Account Contact

Partners receive a consistent contact who understands their project types, file standards, branding, approval process, production expectations, and repeat-order requirements.

This reduces the need to explain the same workflow every time a new project begins.

Priority Production Support

Recurring accounts may receive priority scheduling and production coordination based on project timing, volume, and available capacity.

Priority service does not eliminate proof approval, file preparation, shipping, or required production time, but it provides a more organized path for repeat orders.

Custom Logo Co-Branding

Partner logos can be printed on the floor plan, perimeter ruler, project graphics, and other approved materials.

Builders, architects, engineers, lenders, real-estate teams, suppliers, and other participating organizations can be represented together where appropriate.

A co-branded walkthrough can remain visible in project photography, social posts, groundbreaking events, sales appointments, and customer presentations.

AR-Ready Floor Plans

Customer-specified tracking anchors, QR codes, registration marks, and other visual references can be added to partner floor plans upon request.

The project’s BIM, VDC, AR, or technology provider remains responsible for selecting the marker type, registering the model, and testing application performance.

Partner Program for Builders and Remodelers

Builders can use full-scale floor plans for homeowner approvals, pre-slab reviews, design meetings, site walkthroughs, trade coordination, sales events, and repeat plan programs.

A reusable print can move between lots when the same design is offered more than once.

Give Buyers a Walkthrough Before Construction

A buyer can stand inside the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, hallways, and outdoor connections before the home is built.

This creates a clearer design conversation than asking the buyer to understand every decision from a small drawing.

Reuse Plans Across Repeat Builds

Production builders and multi-lot teams can create a library of their most frequently sold plans.

The same printed layout may be used across multiple lots, subdivisions, communities, or sales appointments when the design remains consistent.

Partner Program for Architects and Design Firms

Architects can use full-scale prints to bring owners, consultants, builders, operators, and end users into one physical review environment.

White-Label Reports and Client-Facing Materials

Architect partners may use branded reports and co-branded print elements to present the walkthrough as part of their design-review process.

The Big Floor Plans product supports the architect’s work; it does not replace professional design responsibility.

Priority Proofing and Model Coordination

Recurring design firms can establish repeat file, scale, label, logo, ruler, and marker standards.

This creates a more consistent approval workflow across multiple client projects.

Partner Program for Residential Developers

Developers can use a reusable floor-plan library alongside model homes, design centers, sales offices, and on-lot buyer experiences.

A buyer can walk the selected plan on the selected lot, examine orientation and outdoor relationships, and understand the design before construction.

The same plan can be redeployed across communities and markets where that design is offered.

Commercial and Tenant-Improvement Partners

Commercial contractors, developers, franchise teams, retailers, restaurant operators, and tenant-improvement firms can use partner services for repeat build-outs and multi-location programs.

Tenant-Improvement Walkthroughs

Teams can review customer circulation, employee workflow, furniture, fixtures, equipment, accessible routes, service counters, kitchens, storage, and back-of-house relationships before framing and installation.

Multi-Site Rollout Printing

Partners with several locations can coordinate printing, surveys, work orders, installation records, unit tracking, field photographs, and reporting through one program.

Physical installation labor is scoped and quoted separately.

Industrial, Manufacturing and BioPharma Partners

Industrial teams can use full-scale layouts to review machinery, production cells, equipment clearances, material movement, maintenance access, operator positions, utilities, staging, and installation routes.

BioPharma and life-science organizations may review clean-room layouts, equipment footprints, gowning sequences, process flow, room relationships, and operational access.

The print does not replace engineering, process validation, commissioning, safety review, or regulatory approval.

Education Partner Program

K–12 schools, CTE programs, vocational schools, colleges, universities, architecture studios, and STEM departments can participate in the Partner Program.

Education partners may use recurring pricing for instructional floor plans, hands-on learning materials, campus graphics, career events, open houses, signage, and semester-based programs.

Grant-compatible invoicing, purchase-order-friendly documentation, and budget-justification resources can support school purchasing and funding requests.

One Print Partner Across Multiple Formats

The Partner Program extends beyond full-scale architectural floor plans.

Building and Construction Graphics

Partners can order building wraps, fence graphics, construction signage, development graphics, banners, and other project-site materials.

Fleet and Vehicle Graphics

Vehicle programs can include vans, trucks, trailers, buses, service vehicles, and other branded fleet assets.

Qualifying programs may include per-unit tracking, installation documentation, and service history.

Retail, Campus and Environmental Graphics

Partners can coordinate wall murals, storefront graphics, window graphics, interior branding, campus signage, event displays, and temporary campaign materials.

Installation Management

Qualifying large-format programs may include access to installation-management services such as site surveys, work orders, project dashboards, unit tracking, GPS-supported documentation, customer portals, and reporting.

Physical surveys, installation labor, removal, repairs, lifts, permits, and other field costs are quoted according to the project scope.

Partner Pricing and Order Minimums

Standard floor-plan printing is generally $0.45 per square foot with a $100 minimum order. There is no separate square-footage minimum; smaller plans simply price up to the minimum order.

Partner and volume pricing is considered according to project frequency, annual volume, typical plan size, geographic requirements, print formats, finishing, shipping, and installation needs.

There are no universal public discount tiers. Big Floor Plans develops the pricing structure around the actual recurring work.

Referrals and Partner Recognition

Big Floor Plans does not operate a cash-commission or discount-based referral program.

Partners who introduce new customers may receive recognition through priority production support, co-branded extras, a featured case study, or direct account support.

The primary referral mechanism is the experience itself: clients walk a useful, memorable, full-scale plan that visibly carries the partner’s brand.
