Nationwide Large Format Printing and Installation Management
Big Floor Plans provides nationwide large format printing for building wraps, vehicle and fleet graphics, retail signage, wall murals, banners, pole banners, event displays, construction graphics, window graphics, floor graphics, and other oversized visual programs.
Printing is available up to approximately 16 feet wide without a seam where the selected material and production method allow. Larger graphics can be produced in professionally planned panels for installation across buildings, vehicles, walls, fences, storefronts, venues, and multi-site campaigns.
Qualifying print programs can also use an enterprise installation-management platform for surveys, work orders, unit tracking, project visibility, field documentation, and reporting. Physical installation labor is quoted separately.
Large Format Printing for National and Regional Programs
Large format printing supports graphics too large for conventional commercial presses.
Projects can range from one oversized sign or mural to coordinated programs involving hundreds of vehicles, stores, buildings, venues, or campaign locations.
Building Wraps and Construction Graphics
Produce full-building graphics, construction-fence wraps, temporary facades, mesh banners, development signage, and branded site coverings.
Material, finishing, attachment method, wind exposure, surface condition, permits, and installation engineering must be evaluated for each project.
Fleet and Vehicle Graphics
Create graphics for trucks, vans, buses, trailers, rail cars, service vehicles, and other fleet assets.
Programs can be tracked by individual vehicle, surface, location, installation date, repair history, and removal status.
Retail, Wall and Environmental Graphics
Print storefront graphics, window graphics, wall murals, wayfinding, promotional displays, floor graphics, menu or service graphics, and multi-location retail campaigns.
Site surveys help creative and production teams account for real field dimensions and surface conditions.
Event and Display Printing
Produce banners, fabric graphics, backdrops, temporary displays, trade-show graphics, stadium or venue visuals, and campaign materials.
Projects can be coordinated by event date, destination, installation sequence, and removal requirement.
Materials and Production Capabilities
Production options may include UV, latex, dye-sublimation, rigid-board, roll-media, fabric, clear, backlit, magnetic, adhesive, and weather-resistant applications.
Available substrates may include banner materials, mesh, vinyl, fabric, acrylic, polycarbonate, PETG, aluminum composite material, PVC, corrugated plastic, magnetic media, backlit film, and other project-specific products.
The correct material depends on viewing distance, surface, environment, durability, installation method, fire-rating requirements, transportation, and budget.
Enterprise Installation Management Platform
The management platform can support qualifying large-format print programs without a separate platform subscription.
Site Surveys and Production Templates
Field teams can document dimensions, surfaces, access conditions, obstructions, photographs, and installation notes.
Survey information can be converted into production-ready templates to reduce artwork-size and field-condition errors.
Work Orders and Multi-Site Coordination
Create and track individual tasks under a larger rollout.
Teams can follow scheduling, site status, dependencies, conflicts, installation progress, repairs, removals, and other field activities.
Fleet and Asset Tracking
Assign graphics to individual vehicles, units, surfaces, sites, regions, brands, or departments.
Maintain a record of what is installed, where it is located, when it was installed, and what service history is associated with it.
GPS and Photo Proof of Performance
Field teams can provide time-stamped and location-supported photographs before, during, and after installation.
This creates a documented project record for customer review, audit support, closeout, and campaign reporting.
Customer Portals and Role-Based Access
Internal teams, brands, regions, or departments can be organized into separate access groups.
Authorized users can view project status, work orders, reports, installation history, and other approved information without relying entirely on email chains.
Management Platform Versus Installation Labor
The installation-management platform and physical installation labor are different parts of the service.
The platform may be included with qualifying print orders and can provide surveys, work-order tracking, dashboards, field documentation, and reporting.
Physical labor—including vehicle application, building installation, sign mounting, wall application, removal, repair, and maintenance—is quoted separately based on site count, geography, access, complexity, schedule, union or venue requirements, and project scope.
From Survey Through Removal
Big Floor Plans can support the full lifecycle of a graphics program:
Survey and Planning
Document sites, surfaces, dimensions, access, and project requirements.
Print and Quality Review
Produce the graphics using the selected material, process, color requirements, and finishing specifications.
Installation and Documentation
Coordinate field work and collect project-status and proof-of-performance records.
Repair, Replacement and Removal
Manage damaged graphics, updated branding, campaign changes, vehicle replacements, and final removal.
Request Large Format Printing Pricing
Large-format printing is quoted according to material, dimensions, quantity, finishing, color requirements, packing, shipping, schedule, and installation scope.
The minimum print order is $100. Installation labor is not included automatically and requires a separate project-specific quote.
Provide artwork, dimensions, quantity, destinations, required dates, surfaces, and installation needs for the most accurate estimate.
